Something unusual happened today

So here I was on the blog post page thinking of what I should write about for my blog and my family were all doing their regular stuff at this time of the day. Grandpa as usual hogging the television, Dad using his laptop to edit his work, Mom reading the newspapers, my sisters doing their homework and my domestic helper was washing the laundry at the back. Then my neighbors' dogs started barking, all three of them at the same time and they were big. This was still not the most unusual part. My neighborhood constantly had barking from the dogs when they were playing or 'sparring' and not many people actually complained about the problem. So I was just about to shut out the noise from the dogs with my headphones when the neighbor in the house that my backyard faced started shouting.

" OUI! WHY SO NOISY! EVERY NIGHT ALSO THE DOG BARK! CAN JUST SHUT UP ANOT F*** U LAR! DAMMN YOU NIA...." you get the idea and the cursing goes on and on. My family was astonished and my maid at the back quietly slipped into the house. That particular neighbor, who will not be named for privacy issues, was usually quiet and did not shout or get angry a lot from daily observation. We were wondering why he suddenly was in a rage at a daily happening. We guessed that maybe he was drunk and had been seething at the dogs so it slipped off his mind. Maybe that's why he never kept dogs. But still it was unusual.

So how well do YOU know your neighbors. Do you ever have weird things like that happening. If you do please comment on my blog. So anyway I think that I have quite a good relationship with most of my neighbors. I am friends with like half my small road and am known to be polite and friendly by 70% of the Limau Grove neighborhood. What about you guys? It was a sriously weird day.

A problem I enountered and how I solved it

Talk about problems! I mean you think of the word "problems" and instantly images of you or other peole fustrated over some bad incident comes to your mind. Well most people I asked did. Anyway, it feels so common but finding one problem worth to write about in real life is harder than you think!

As you can see I spent the past like 10 stinking days thinking about what type of problem would be worth it! Then when I thought I should just give up and make up a boring story about a lame problem...... the problem came to me.

I fell sick! No not mentally sick. I'm literally, physically sick as in a catch flu sort of way. You know, sore throat, runny nose, slight fever, cough, slight headache, etc., etc., etc. that kind of thing. And I am usually flu-free! Why now! God, it was awful! Man, it was like I couldn't speak or something. Then it always look like I'm crying and I must have been like asked wheher I was crying like a thousand times! Okay maybe only a hundred? Well it's only 21 times but thats still a lot okay! Anyway, I had to go for choir too, and I couldn't sing no shit, especially all the high oh so high notes in the sky. I stuck out like I was the black sheep that couldn't bray. It was so freaking irritating and I wasn't at my best performence. Sorry by the way to all the awesome VS choir members for the weird sticking out thing. I tried my best!

Anyway, I was like super pissed and at frayed nerves because it was so 'abnormal' to be sick! Plus, Chinese New Year(CNY) is coming in just in like a week! Or should I say exactly like 4 days 2 hours and like 212 minutes to CNY! And the CNY goodies are already starting to come in hordes. I had to get well fast!

So I started to sleep early and eat all those horrible medicines for curing those flu. Since my mom didn't want me to go to the doctor, she gave me like four types of medicines that tasted disgusting and stated acting like she was all so professional general practitioner. By the way don't ever say this to my parents. Anyway I actually started getting better the next day so I decided to bear the pain and play along doctor nurse with my mum. Zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz.-.-""

In the end I got well enough to write this post. So I hope I will recover fully from my flu. By the way this is a very funny video that you should watch. If you are ever sick just watch some comedy videos and you will get better sooner or later. Hope you enjoyed it!

Something that took place in school

The morning sun rays had just entered the class went the teacher started the Character Education(CE) lesson. " Ok class. What do you think of when I say the word 'resillent'?" the teacher questioned the class. I thought about it and could not come up with a idea. The class was starting to get quiet, which is not a good sign as we make a lot of noise. Luckily, our great friend Josh saved us. He gave suggesions like perserverence, and never give up. " Yes, something like that... it is supposed to mean perserverence, endurence, never give up..., you get the idea." Then, she gave us the next task," Recall an incident in your life when you felt at your lowest. But before you start on your task, let me show you a video." She walked to her labtop and started to open a video from youtube. I guessed it was the guy with the flipper but I could not remember his name. I was right. I put up some videoes for you guys to know about this guy.

Anyway back to my thoughts. I mean like WHAT am I supposed to talk about! I have only had a short life of 13 years or so. I am considered cheerful( high XD) yet hot-tempered by most of my friends and i'm have a very good family so I don't really have any low point in my life yet. Wait, for now I think a low point in my life could be my sec 1 year. Transitting from primary to secondary school is a huge thing. Friends and old classmates start to take different paths from you and when you don't have all your good friends around you, you would have some serious trouble in your social life. At start of the sec 1 year, I had my best friends taken away from me. I had to make new friends, establish connections all over again. Misunderstandings and scruffles would break out from time to time. Luckily, I had my family behind me and I had made many new friends, both in and out of school. Some have become even closer than ever. By the sec 2 year most problems had been sorted out and I was able to get used to life. So I  hope that might qualify as a low point in my life.

A moment spent alone doing something I enjoyed

"Phew! Finally! I finished my science homework!" I exclaimed. I looked at my masterpiece and smiled. I had been working my heart out for it for the whole weekend now. I quickly packed up and got out of the study room. I walked around my house to circulate my blood in my numb legs and stretch my body. "Mum? Dad?" I called out. "Your parents have gone over to Malaysia with your aunt to get some new year goodies." my grandpa said to me in chinese. I gave a sigh and walked to my sisters' room. "Hey...Dammn it! You guys are asleep already." I called then groaned inwardly and went to my kitchen to get something to eat. "What can I do now. How about the computer or the PlayStation Portable?Nah, not allowed to play them. What about my neighbors? No wait, they are at their cousins." I thought and cursed silently. Oh god! This is so boring!

Wait. I know what I could do. I went to my room and got my newly bought book, my MP3 amd my headphones. I got to my bed and plopped down on it . I took my pillows and arranged it comfortably. I plugged my headphones into the MP3 and put them on. Leaning back on my bed, I slowly opened the book and started and reading it. This book was the third in stallment in a series. It is set in 1613 and was about a young English sailor who wanted to sail to the Japans. In the end they got to Japan but were shipwrecked, his father killed ruthelessly by ninja. He was then adopted by a powerful and respectable samurai. He was then trained to become a samurai in his benefactor's school. Here he trained to exact revenge on his father's murderor. He is  constantly bullied by a certain group of people just because he is a gaijin, a foreigner. He also falls in love with a cute japanese girl who is his benefactor's niece. Currently, a civil war is about to break out and he is ordered to go for it. I quickly got engrossed into the story...

"Hey! What was that for!" I shouted. The book had just been grabbed out of my hands and my MP3 unplugged.Ihad just reached the climax of the book. I pulled down my headphones and looked up. My mum stared backed down at me angrilly. " I have been calling for you for ages. You shold not have put the music at such a high volume. Do you know what the time is?! It's already dinner time!" I looked at my watch and noticed that the entire afternoon had just flown past while I was reading my book. I quickly got of the bed and rushed downstairs to eat my food.

At least, I got to have a relaxing afternoon, I thought later on. It was one of the best afternoon for the month. Here is a video on the latest book: The ring of earth

A special moment that I enjoyed with my family

"Mom. Can we please watch a movie? Please, please......" my sisters pleaded and begged while mother just stood there and contemplated. We had just finished our dinner and we were quite bored so I had suggested (more-like persuaded) my sisters to ask my mum for a movie. "Hmmm, we can't watch a movie, do you know why?” my mom asked quizzically while our faces fell. “You have to buy your tickets for the movie!" she said bemusedly while she starting looking through the racks of movie DVDs we have. “Yes!" we answered and quickly started doing the setup for the movie watching. “Can we choose the movie that we want?" my sister asked pointedly. “No peeking at the other new DVDs that I bought. I have already got one prepared for you guys." my mom replied. I tried to guess what the movie was, Gulliver's travels, Rapunzel, Narnia: Voyage of the Dawn Treader?, but to no avail. “No! You guys are all wrong! We are watching 'Open Season 3'! Here goes... “My mom then pressed play. We settled down into a comfortable position while the 20th century fox melody started playing. (Please click video below for effects XD)

Okay so anyway the story is just about two grizzly bears who are just tired of their lives, one from the circus and one from the nature reserve park. So they are look-alikes and decide to switch lives. They soon realise the meaning of true friends and it ends with a happy ending. Here is the movie trailer for you to be enlightened:

The trailer shows most of the nice parts in the movie so you know what to expect. It is superbly hilarious for one and yet the show teaches you the meaning of true friendship and to give and take. On the whole, if you are in need for a good comedy show this is one show you would want to watch although it might be a bit childish, ending with a rating of 8 out of 10 stars. It would be a show I would recommend to a lot of my juniors. Hope you have fun watching it. I need to continue laughing now while munching on my chips. See yeah!

My thoughts on blogging

Blogging. What is blogging to you? to me, I think it is  a waste of time, but lets talk about the benefits first, the negative stuff can wait.(Awwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww...).
Blogs can help you express your feelings especially for people who have emotion problems(yup, the emo kiahs -.-"). People can write on t like a diary and talk about your life/day. In some ways it can help us to improve on our grammar and spelling. It helps you socially too as you have to have the right 'blog' manners to your blogreaders.( i noe, i noe i spout alot too but i will t-r-y to stop it.Not!) BUT.........

Blogs are also insecure as anyone and every body( tats u, Tom, Dick, Harry!) can read your blog so you can't write too personal things in them. And it also gets boring after a while where people start to leave their blogs to rot. Then they announce it dead. And for those people who are constantly bullied and wants to find a way out, Good luck 'cause the end ain't near. Your bullies are going to find you and cyberbully. So you are better off talking to yourself and going  mad(coo coo).

What I would suggest for you guys is to get a personal diary and write in it and only share it with your best friends. And guys, don't be shy, some of my friends keep personal diaries too and it totally isn't embarrassing. If a friend laughs at you, he SUCKS!!! But hey, this is my personal opinion.
